Arriving at Stansted
- Give us your flight number when you book. Where you do, we monitor the flight and adjust your pickup time if it lands late.
- Stansted has a single main terminal, so there is no terminal to choose between. Your driver meets you in the arrivals hall with a name board, unless other arrangements are confirmed on your booking.
- Airport pickups include up to 30 minutes of waiting time from your arrival time. A delay to the flight itself does not normally add a waiting charge.
- Keep your phone switched on after landing. If you cannot find your driver, contact us straight away rather than leaving the meeting area.
Departing from Stansted
- Stansted handles a high volume of early-morning departures. Book well in advance for these, give us your flight time, and we will confirm whether we can cover the pickup time you need.
- Stansted is about 40 miles north-east of central London and the journey typically takes 60–90 minutes depending on traffic. The M11 is the main route and can be slow on weekday rush hours, so allow extra time.
- Pickups from a home, hotel or office include 10 minutes of waiting time from your scheduled pickup time.
- Tell us how many cases you are bringing as well as how many people are travelling. Passenger capacity includes children, and child seats must be requested when you book.
