Useful to know
- Check whether you are landing at the North or South Terminal — they are connected by a shuttle but are separate buildings.
- The M23 and M25 can be slow at peak times; allow extra time for departures.
- Give us your flight number so we can track delays on arrivals.

How a Gatwick transfer works from booking to drop-off, based on the terms we actually operate to.
Arriving at Gatwick
- Give us your flight number when you book. Where you do, we monitor the flight and adjust your pickup time if it lands late.
- Gatwick has two terminals, North and South. They are separate buildings joined by a shuttle, so check which one your flight lands at and tell us when you book.
- Your driver meets you in the arrivals hall of your terminal with a name board, unless other arrangements are confirmed on your booking. Airport pickups include up to 30 minutes of waiting time from your arrival time.
- Keep your phone switched on after landing. If you cannot find your driver, contact us straight away rather than leaving the meeting area.
Departing from Gatwick
- Tell us your terminal and flight time when you book, and we will confirm your pickup time with you.
- Gatwick is about 30 miles south of central London and the journey typically takes 60–90 minutes depending on traffic. The M23 and M25 can be slow at peak times, so allow extra time.
- Pickups from a home, hotel or office include 10 minutes of waiting time from your scheduled pickup time.
- Tell us how many cases you are bringing as well as how many people are travelling. Passenger capacity includes children, and child seats must be requested when you book.
