Group Transfers

Splitting a group across two cars usually costs more, arrives at different times and separates people who wanted to travel together. Our seven and eight seater vehicles, and the Mercedes Vito, keep a group in one vehicle wherever the passenger and luggage count allows.

The most common mistake when booking for a group is counting passengers but not cases. A vehicle with eight seats does not automatically have room for eight large suitcases. Give us both figures when you book and we will tell you whether one vehicle is enough or whether a second is needed.

Passenger capacity includes children. If you are travelling with young children and need child seats, request them at the time of booking so we can allocate a suitable vehicle — availability depends on the type of seat required.
