Where your driver meets you
For arrivals, your driver meets you in the arrivals hall of your terminal with a name board, unless different arrangements are confirmed on your booking.
Useful to know
- Give us your flight number when booking so we can allow for delays.
- Terminals 2 and 3 are in the central area; Terminals 4 and 5 are separate, so check your terminal before you travel.
- Immigration and baggage reclaim can take time at peak hours — your included waiting time starts from the arrival time on your booking.
Waiting time. Airport pickups include up to 30 minutes of waiting time from the arrival time on your booking. Where you have given us a valid flight number, a delay to the flight itself will not normally result in waiting charges. See our Terms & Conditions for full details.

How a Heathrow transfer works from the moment you book to the moment you are dropped off, based on the terms we actually operate to.
Arriving at Heathrow
- Give us your flight number when you book. Where you do, we monitor the flight and adjust your pickup time if it lands late, so the car follows the plane rather than the timetable.
- Your driver meets you in the arrivals hall of your terminal with a name board, unless other arrangements are confirmed on your booking. Your confirmation sets out the meeting instructions.
- Airport pickups include up to 30 minutes of waiting time from your arrival time. A delay to the flight itself does not normally add a waiting charge.
- Keep your phone switched on after landing so your driver can reach you. If you cannot find them, contact us straight away rather than leaving the meeting area.
Departing from Heathrow
- Tell us your terminal and flight time when you book, and we will confirm your pickup time with you. Terminals 2 and 3 share the central area, while Terminals 4 and 5 are separate, so check which terminal your airline uses.
- Heathrow is about 15 miles west of central London and the journey typically takes 45–70 minutes depending on traffic. The M4 and M25 can be slow at peak times, so allow extra time.
- Pickups from a home, hotel or office include 10 minutes of waiting time from your scheduled pickup time.
- Tell us how many cases you are bringing as well as how many people are travelling. Passenger capacity includes children, and child seats must be requested when you book.
The full waiting-time, no-show and cancellation rules are in our Terms & Conditions.
